“The Royal Budha” The premier fine dining restaurant at the Holiday Inn Dubai – Al Barsha has just announced the name of their signature chef, one that arrives with credentials to serve up a banquet of Royal Thai flavours.
Sanya Waengdongbang, a Thai national who supervised the opening of the restaurant and subsequently returning to his native land to enhance his learning as a Thai Chef has just arrived back to Dubai.
Now with special training certificates for presenting Thai cuisine, in a contemporary style under his belt, Chef Sanya returns to The Royal Budha at the Holiday Inn Dubai – Al Barsha with renewed knowledge of the subtle tastes and dynamic flavours essential in Thai cooking.
From an early age, Chef Sanya was committed to a vocation in cooking and has spent 16 years fine-tuning his palate, an essential expertise for any Thai chef who needs to marry the flavours of sweet and spice, sour and salt to present the perfect dish.
Chef Sanya is delighted to be back in Dubai, and looks forward to welcoming his former customers and greeting new ones to try out his mouth watering specialties.
